Service Overview
A.To help international travelers experience Japanese food culture more deeply, we introduce carefully selected attractive restaurants and provide reservation agency services. Our uniquely developed 'Foodie AI' proposes the best restaurants for lunch and dinner for 3 days based on your desired schedule.
A.'DineTrip³ (Dine Trip Cube)' combines 'Dine' (to eat), 'Trip' (to travel), and '³ (Cube)' representing 3 days or the three-dimensional expansion of the experience. We hope you will feel Japanese food not only with taste but also three-dimensionally with your heart, through culture, scenery, and interaction with people.
A.It is a feature where our uniquely developed 'Foodie AI' proposes restaurants for lunch/dinner for 3 days from your desired date to help you experience Japanese food culture more deeply.
A.There are two ways to use the service based on your style.
1. Book via "Let's Dine": Our "Foodie Agent" proposes 3 days of lunch/dinner restaurants (6 total) from your desired date, and you choose your favorites to request a reservation.
2. Request a reservation directly by choosing a restaurant from "Special Selection" or your preferred genre.
A.Within 3 days after your reservation request, we will arrange the reservation. The reservation is completed when the fee payment corresponding to the number of successfully reserved restaurants is completed. Afterward, we will send a '[DineTrip³] Reservation Arrangement Completed' notification email.
A.Please find your desired restaurant from the genre search.
A.To help you experience Japanese food culture more deeply, our uniquely developed 'Foodie Agent' proposes restaurants for lunch/dinner for 3 days from your desired date.
A.Since our uniquely developed 'Foodie Agent' coordinates a 3-day dining experience each time from carefully selected restaurant data, a new proposal is displayed every time.
A.It is used to select reservation requests. If you do not need a reservation, please click the heart to gray it out.
Fees & Cancellation
A.The reservation agency fee is 750 JPY per shop. However, if you book 3 or more shops at once, it becomes 500 JPY per shop, which is a great deal.
A.The fee will be incurred according to the number of successfully reserved restaurants.
A.In principle, if you contact us by 5 days before the reservation date (Japan time), we will handle the cancellation procedure for free. However, if we cannot handle the cancellation due to restaurant business days, etc., you may need to contact the restaurant directly yourself.
A.Please verify your Reservation ID, Name, Email address, and the relevant restaurant from the reservation completion email, and contact us from the cancellation form in 'Contact'. We accept cancellations up to 5 days before the experience date (Japan time).
A.'DineTrip³' does not charge a cancellation fee. However, the reservation agency fee is non-refundable. Regarding the cancellation policy of each restaurant, please check with the restaurant directly.
Restaurants & Reservations
A.Currently, we are operating only in some areas of Tokyo, so you cannot select an area. We plan to expand the target areas sequentially.
A.Please search from 'Search by Genre' at the top of the site.
A.We may not be able to accept reservations depending on the congestion status of the restaurants.
A.We will arrange reservations to start between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM for Lunch, and between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM for Dinner.
A.You can select dates up to 2 months in advance.
A.Currently, we only accept reservations for up to 10 people.
A.This service is for seat reservation only. Please order food yourself.
A.It depends on the restaurant, so please check the information of each restaurant in advance.
A.We do not currently support this, but we are considering future support.
A.We do not accept same-day reservations.
Confirmation, Change, Trouble Support
A.Details such as the number of people, reservation date, time, restaurant information, and reservation ID are listed in the reservation completion email.
A.It is an ID to manage reservation information. It is required for inquiries and cancellations.
A.We do not support changing the reservation date. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel by 5 days in advance and make a reservation again.
A.The reservation is made under your name. Please tell your name at the reception for confirmation.
A.Please contact the restaurant yourself, tell them the reservation name and time, and follow the instructions from the restaurant.
A.Please follow the instructions of each restaurant.
System & Operation
A.Please contact us from the menu at the top right of the site TOP or 'Contact' at the bottom of the page.
A.We will reply sequentially according to the content received.
A.Even if there is no error in the email address entry, it may have been sorted into reception restrictions or spam folders. Please check, and if it still does not arrive, there is a possibility of email address misentry, so please contact us from 'Contact'.
A.We apologize that we cannot provide the option. We plan to add it sequentially, so please select 'Other' for now.
A.Please contact us from 'Contact'. If the email address is correct, the reservation ID is listed in the confirmation email from 'DineTrip³', so please include the reservation ID when inquiring.
