Selling Price

Price displayed on the service application page (tax included)

• Reservation Agency Fee: 750 JPY per restaurant
  (500 JPY per restaurant when booking 3 or more simultaneously)

Additional Fees

Internet connection fees and communication charges are borne by the customer.
In addition, food and drink charges at restaurants and cancellation fees (if incurred according to restaurant regulations) are to be paid directly to the restaurant by the customer.

Payment Timing

Payment is finalized when the reservation arrangement is completed (reservation confirmed).
(At the time of application, only the credit limit is secured as a temporary hold)

Service Delivery Time

We will contact you with details via reservation completion email promptly after the reservation arrangement is completed.

Cancellation & Refund

Due to the nature of this service, we cannot refund the reservation agency fee after the reservation is established.
Regarding the cancellation of the reservation itself, we will act as an agent for the cancellation procedure only if you contact us by the prescribed date in accordance with the Terms of Service (the agency fee will not be refunded).
